Job Overview
As a Stock Manager at our Dublin Henry Street location, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team to consistently achieve operational targets. This fast-paced and dynamic role requires a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and efficient stock management. You will oversee stock processes that support our growing online business, ensuring prompt processing of returns and timely packaging of online orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Management team with all back-of-house activities, maintaining effective communication with the Store Manager.
- Lead your team to accurately execute stock management procedures in a safe, efficient environment where performance goals are consistently met.
- Foster a supportive and inspiring workplace atmosphere that encourages each team member to perform at their best.
- Take a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational tasks by adapting to changes and working closely alongside your team.
- Maintain clear and current communication to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Shift Details
The role operates on a 37.5-hour workweek with the following schedule: Monday 11:30–19:30, Tuesday 09:00–17:00, Wednesday 11:30–19:30, Friday 09:00–17:00, and Saturday 08:00–16:00.
