About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic freshers who are postgraduate degree holders in Science or graduates in Engineering to join as STEM Trainers. The position involves close collaboration with secondary schools in Uttar Pradesh, focusing on conducting teacher training sessions and developing innovative teaching aids. A passion for project-based learning and tinkering is essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct training programs for teachers to enhance their STEM teaching capabilities.
- Create and develop effective teaching aids to support learning.
- Engage with secondary schools in Uttar Pradesh to implement STEM education initiatives.
- Travel within the region as required to fulfill training and project goals.
Candidate Requirements

- Strong communication skills in Hindi are a must.
