Station Officer

Role Overview

The Station Officer assists the Station Manager with the station’s everyday running, helping to keep operations orderly, service delivery smooth, and battery availability well managed. This position calls for dependability, careful record handling, and the readiness to take on supervisory responsibilities when needed.

Work Location

LAMATA Bus stop, Secretariat Bridge, CMD Road, Magodo Phase 2, Lagos.

Key Duties

• Support the Station Manager in carrying out routine station operations.
• Track battery charging status and make sure batteries are ready and accessible when required.
• Help manage battery swap activities by recording batteries going in and out, handling claim payment codes, and giving riders basic support.
• Keep clear and correct records of battery usage, battery swaps, and inventory levels.
• Complete the daily online station shift logbook accurately and on time.
• Observe station activities and escalate any problems or unusual events to the Station Manager, Cluster Head, and management without delay.
• Serve as a coordination and supervision contact when the Station Manager is unavailable.
• Handle any other related assignment given by the Cluster Manager, COO, Station Manager, or another authorised supervisor.

Working Hours

This role runs on a 7-hour shift system from Monday to Sunday. Morning shift is 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while the afternoon/evening shift is 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Off days are scheduled in between.
