Key Duties

• Extend a warm welcome to passengers on aircraft arrival and coordinate efficiently among crews, handling agents, catering services, cleaning, air traffic control, customs, and immigration.
• Ensure precise preparation and completeness of all essential flight documentation; place daily catering orders and maintain detailed flight records.
• After flights, properly file relevant documents and conduct flight coupon statistical analyses.
• Manage lost baggage cases by coordinating with handling agents to recover and return items to owners, following compensation procedures when applicable.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess either a bachelor's degree or have completed high school education.
• Hold permanent residence status in the country; note that the company does not provide or aid in obtaining work permits.
• Bring at least one year of experience in civil aviation or tourism sectors.
• Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively under pressure and work collaboratively within a team or independently as situations demand.
• Exhibit excellent English language skills combined with proficiency in local languages.
• Be available to work in shifts, including overnight hours.
• Possess strong multitasking capability, oral and written communication skills, and a responsible approach to decision-making.
