- Customize and deliver Recidiviz core products and provide ad hoc data analyses to impress state partners.
- Articulate clear recommendations to product managers, UX designers, data analysts, and engineers to support state-specific goals.
- Steer partnerships toward effective impact and financial sustainability.
- Employ strong self-management skills to navigate challenges encountered in correctional environments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proactive problem solver, independently tackling challenges as they arise.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building within difficult environments, showing persistence and creativity.
- Experience working with or within state government agencies, preferably with existing Missouri state agency relationships.
- Effective leader of processes, skilled in creating clear, replicable workflows and documentation, managing cross-functional teams well.
- Open-minded, humble, and curious with excellent empathetic listening skills.
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about technology and data-driven products.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as account management, product management, political strategy, business development, or policy.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently within Arkansas as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct connection to the criminal justice system or strong passion for impactful work in this field.
- Located in or near cities offering convenient or direct flights to Little Rock, Arkansas.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $112,000 to $131,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience. Compensation is standardized to ensure fairness and resource responsibility and is non-negotiable.
- Supportive colleagues committed to meaningful work.
- 90% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents.
- Flexible time off with 20 PTO days and 13 paid holidays.
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
- 401(k) plan including a 5% company match without a vesting period.
- Complimentary medical memberships and inclusive fertility, family-forming, hormonal health, and gender-affirming care benefits.
- Monthly wellness credits and free mental health resources.
- Flexible remote working options with well-located offices.
- Annual company offsites and ad-hoc gatherings.
