About the Role

We invite motivated and adaptable individuals to join our team as stagehands, assisting in both the assembly and breakdown of event stages. No prior event industry experience is required. As part of 36StageXL GmbH, a company organizing diverse events throughout Berlin since 2012, you will contribute directly to a wide range of events, from intimate concerts to large-scale productions. Our workforce is multinational and vibrant.

Key Responsibilities

As a stagehand, your duties will include setting up and dismantling equipment on site, ensuring all necessary materials are delivered to correct locations during events. The role requires physical effort and involvement at the event location itself.

Essential Requirements

• Dependability and consistent attendance
• Strong motivation to perform
• Punctuality
• Physical stamina and fitness suitable for manual tasks
• Proficiency in German or English communication
• Compliance with the current 2G regulation (vaccinated or recovered) verified by a digital certificate valid across Europe

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly gross wage of 14€
• Flexible scheduling options
• Additional 25% pay for night shifts
• Guaranteed minimum pay for at least four hours per shift
