About the Role
Aptamitra Healthcare Private Limited is seeking dedicated ICU and critical care nurses for positions at Amor Hospitals, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. These nurses will deliver focused, high-level care to patients in critical conditions within a hospital intensive care environment. This fast-paced setting involves working varied shifts including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Continuously observe vital signs, neurological markers, and heart rhythms of critically ill patients.
- Administer appropriate medications, intravenous fluids, blood products, and life-support interventions.
- Operate essential critical care machinery such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
- Evaluate patient status promptly, responding effectively to emergencies.
- Provide wound management, pain relief, and infection prevention services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical staff including physicians and respiratory therapists.
- Educate family members about treatment plans and patient conditions.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation compliant with hospital protocols.
- Adhere to hospital guidelines, safety practices, and ethical standards consistently.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license in active and good standing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory.
- Experience working in ICU or critical care settings is preferred.
- Excellent clinical judgment and strong critical thinking capabilities.
- Able to perform confidently under pressure and in stressful environments.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with sound decision-making ability.
- Emotional stability and genuine compassion for patients.
Work Conditions
Hospital ICU environment demanding high responsibility and fast response. The role requires adapting to a rotating schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

The positions available are 10 openings at Amor Hospitals located in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The monthly salary ranges between 18000 and 35000 INR based on qualifications and experience.
