Role overview
This opportunity is for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join a specialist dialysis clinic in the Coulsdon, Surrey area. The employer is part of a major UK healthcare organisation known for operating modern clinics with advanced medical equipment.

Key duties
- Provide personalised, patient-centred nursing care to a consistently high standard.
- Support, guide, and mentor colleagues within the team.
- Deliver safe haemodialysis treatment according to each patient’s prescribed plan.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues as well as outside organisations and hospital trusts.
- Maintain clear, effective communication with patients, service users, and partner organisations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines, and contribute to their implementation and review.
- Keep developing the knowledge and practical skills needed to provide excellent patient care.
- Support evidence-based practice and help assess evidence that can improve patient outcomes and service quality.
Required background
Experience in renal nursing is preferred, though not explicitly mandatory. Strong communication skills, a solid understanding of current nursing issues, and the ability to adapt to change are all important. The ideal candidate should also be personable, flexible, able to work well with others, and comfortable contributing to a team environment.
Pay and benefits
The role offers a salary of GBP 32,100 to GBP 37,950 per year. In addition, there is a location allowance of GBP 4,000 annually. The package also includes 35 days of paid leave each year, bank holidays included, plus flexible working times and flexible contract arrangements.
