Role Overview

Emerald Nursing is seeking skilled Registered General Nurses with acute care experience to work in Cork. This role offers access to a wide mix of highly regarded private hospitals, HSE teaching hospitals, national specialist centres, leading care groups and Section 38 specialist services. The position is suited to nurses who value flexibility, varied placements and the opportunity to work in respected clinical settings across County Cork.

  • A dedicated senior coordinator familiar with the wards, matrons and your clinical background.

Essential Requirements

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland as a Registered General Nurse.
  • At least 6 months of recent clinical experience within the Irish healthcare system, in an acute hospital, community or specialist environment.
  • Strong reference checks from previous clinical roles.
  • Permission to work in Ireland.
  • Current mandatory training certificates.
  • Ability to complete Garda vetting and occupational health clearance; these are arranged by the employer.
