Job description
Role overview
This position supports Kidana’s organization-wide transformation agenda by helping shape, roll out, and track change initiatives. The role focuses on making sure new processes, technologies, and strategic improvements are adopted effectively across the business.
What you will do
- Work with senior leaders to build a transformation roadmap that fits the company’s objectives.
- Review the organization to identify where change and improvement are needed.
- Help prepare detailed transformation plans with timelines, key milestones, and resource plans.
- Check that transformation activities stay aligned with business priorities and the company culture.
- Put change management plans into action so new initiatives are adopted smoothly.
- Carry out impact assessments covering organizational, process, and people-related effects.
- Support the creation of communication plans and materials for employees and stakeholders.
- Guide managers and teams through the change process to build engagement and buy-in.
- Help define the scope, goals, deliverables, and success measures for transformation initiatives.
- Assist in planning initiatives, including schedules, milestones, and resourcing.
- Track progress, spot risks and issues, and develop mitigation actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to keep initiatives on schedule and deliver expected outcomes.
- Identify training needs linked to transformation programs.
- Deliver and support training programs so employees can adapt to change with the right knowledge and skills.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to create training materials, tools, and resources.
- Measure the effectiveness of training and improve it where needed.
- Review the business and employee impact of transformation work and recommend improvements.
- Use lessons learned and proven practices from prior change efforts to strengthen future initiatives.
- Promote a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation within Kidana.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in transformation and change management roles.
- Professional certifications such as CCMP, PMP, CBAP, or SMP are preferred.
