Role Overview
This position focuses on driving project sales by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in commercial projects and ensuring Merino products are specified, approved, and used at site level.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with key project influencers such as architects, interior designers, PMC teams, and contractors to build lasting professional relationships and secure product specifications.
- Present product features, advantages, and benefits clearly, and work toward getting Merino included in architects’ BOQs and drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors to convert specifications into execution on the ground.
- Work with channel partners on pricing alignment and ensure the specified product is supplied to the project site.
- Carry out site visits to confirm that the product is being installed according to the recommended guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all field visits and updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the sales team to support overall project sales objectives.
