- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Finance, Transportation, Planning, Replenishment, and Store Operations to maintain enterprise alignment.
- Lead business impact assessments, prioritization decisions, and operational issue resolution.
- Track post-launch performance and drive rapid response actions to resolve disruptions.
- Monitor metrics such as productivity, service levels, inventory accuracy, adoption, training completion, safety, and defect resolution.
- Create deployment playbooks, readiness frameworks, lessons learned, and continuous improvement methods.
- Work with Technology and vendors to improve solutions, prioritize enhancements, and maximize value realization.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in place of the degree requirement where applicable.
- At least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain operations, distribution, warehouse technology, or large-scale supply chain transformation.
- At least 8 years of experience leading Manhattan WMS implementations, including business leadership across design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization.
