What you'll do

• Carry out vehicle paint application with a high level of precision and careful attention to detail.
• Blend and match colours accurately in line with manufacturer requirements.
• Work closely with the repair team to keep workflow coordinated and jobs moving on schedule.
• Inspect finished paintwork thoroughly and correct any flaws or inconsistencies.
• Keep up to date with developments in automotive paint products, tools, and techniques.

• You bring proven experience as an automotive spray painter and can show a strong record of quality finishes.
• You are confident in colour matching and paint mixing, with a sharp eye for detail.
• You communicate well and work effectively as part of a team and across departments.
• You are adaptable, proactive, and willing to keep learning as painting technologies evolve.
• You approach challenges with practical problem-solving skills and a focus on excellent outcomes.
