Sports Statistician (Venue Data Collector)

Role Overview

Join our team as a Sports Statistician responsible for gathering real-time data at sports events using a mobile app. You'll attend matches in person, capturing live statistics to support our analytical processes.

Responsibilities

• Be physically present at sports matches.
• Use a mobile application to record live statistics during the event.

Requirements

• English proficiency at an intermediate level (B2) or above.
• Basic understanding of the rules of at least one sport such as football, soccer, ice hockey, basketball, baseball, rugby, or volleyball.
• Possession of a smartphone and reliable mobile internet connection.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior experience required as full training will be provided.
• Must hold a valid Qatari residence visa.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn 62 EUR (approximately 258 QAR) per match attended.
• Tickets to matches and reimbursement of travel costs are provided.
• Flexible scheduling allows you to select which games to cover.
• This role can be balanced easily alongside academic commitments or another job.
