- Perform evidence-based injury risk assessments and work alongside medical doctors, strength and conditioning coaches, and technical coaches to reduce injury occurrence and recurrence.
- Maintain comprehensive databases and analyzed records on athlete performance, conditioning, therapy, and rehab sessions to inform future program adjustments.
- Constantly monitor safety and risk factors within all interventions to foster a secure, respectful environment conducive to holistic development of athletes and team members.
- Contribute to continuous learning initiatives, updating stakeholders on the latest research and best practices in injury management and rehabilitation within the club.
