Role Summary

The Sports Events & Community Manager will be responsible for organizing, planning, and executing sports and wellness events highlighting LIFEFORM AI's ground-breaking products. This includes managing complete event logistics, coordinating with internal departments and external collaborators, and ensuring an exceptional experience for attendees and stakeholders. The role further involves cultivating a vibrant community of athletes, coaches, wellness professionals, and users via online platforms and in-person initiatives, including digital promotions, social media engagement, and community activities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain event calendars and oversee registration and communications.
Track event outcomes and gather participant feedback to optimize future events.
Represent LIFEFORM AI at both virtual and physical events to expand partnerships and brand presence.
Collaborate with athletes, coaches, researchers, healthcare professionals, and technology partners to enhance community and event success.
Develop and execute digital campaigns and social initiatives to foster engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in planning and managing sports, fitness, or wellness events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
Strong capabilities in community building and engagement, including moderation, organizing meetups, and sustaining stakeholder relations.
Basic digital marketing and social media management skills, with effective written and verbal communication.
Relationship management skills to collaborate efficiently across diverse professional groups.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, adept at multitasking in remote work settings.
Comfortable using event management software, collaboration tools, and data analytics for measuring impact.
Background in sports, fitness, wellness, or health tech is advantageous, with keen interest in AI-driven coaching and performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience required.
