Role Summary
This full-time Sports Director position at Sport Link Agency is centered on leading and improving the agency’s sports operations and key relationships. The role calls for someone who can strengthen networks with clubs, athletes, coaches, and business partners while keeping communication efficient and collaboration productive. The position includes overseeing negotiations and transfers, offering direction on sports management matters, and contributing to coaching and development initiatives when required, including coordination of scouts. It also involves keeping track of sports market movements, spotting fresh opportunities, and working with internal teams to ensure strategies stay aligned with the agency’s goals.
Qualifications
- Experience or capability in sports and sports management, including exposure to athletic programs, contracts, or organizational operations.
- Background or understanding in physical education or coaching, with awareness of athlete development and performance needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with comfort handling different stakeholders and remote coordination.
- Prior experience in sports agencies, clubs, or similar sports organizations is an advantage.
