Position Overview
The Sponsorship & Partnerships Intern will assist in developing exceptional branded experiences alongside our primary event, festival, and stadium collaborators. These experiences aim to boost brand visibility, enhance sales, and maximize commercial returns.
This role involves supporting the planning and execution of account-specific campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners. It plays a vital role in delivering impactful activations and optimizing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and verify brand marketing activations to elevate brand sales rates and consumer interaction.
- Become an expert in brand activation within Moët Hennessy UK to engage audiences at festivals, events, or stadiums.
- Support account management with stadia, sports, festival, and bar/catering operators.
- Contribute to operations, logistics, and project management to ensure smooth initiative execution.
- Lead project delivery, coordinating with agencies as needed, ensuring brand compliance.
- Develop brand content for customer hosting programs.
- Manage post-activation follow-ups and analyze outcomes to ensure target achievement.
- Operate within allocated budgets, focusing on commercial effectiveness.
- Assist sales objectives through sales volume reporting, comparing actual versus forecast data.
- Engage venue staff to educate them on brand activations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to improve commercial results from activations.
- Support pricing strategies and coordinate with Route-to-Market and logistics teams for stock management.
- Evaluate all festival and event activities and related sales volumes.
- Maintain core administrative tasks related to sales channels.
- Conduct post-activation sales and marketing analyses to measure effectiveness.
- Share insights and results with sales and marketing teams to enhance future activations.
- Monitor competitor activity and disseminate best practices.
Educational Background
Candidates should possess a degree-level education.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in sales or trade marketing roles.
- Passion for and knowledge of brand marketing.
- Understanding of Moët Hennessy UK brands and the luxury market.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with brand activation implementation and execution.
- Creativity to generate innovative ideas.
- Able to network and build effective relationships.
