Job Role

We are looking for passionate female graduates fluent in English to empower school students with effective, interactive, and communicative English training sessions. As a trainer, you will deliver engaging lessons, foster a supportive learning atmosphere, and utilize creative classroom strategies to enhance confidence and fluency in English among students.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic and interactive spoken English training sessions in school settings.
• Create a nurturing environment that helps improve students' spoken English skills and confidence.
• Design and implement engaging activities that make learning English enjoyable and practical.

Candidate Profile

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with particular attention to grammar and fluency.
• Vibrant and engaging personality with a passion for mentoring young learners.
• Open to relocation within project locations, primarily Ilayankudi in Sivaganga District.

Location and Compensation

This position is based onsite in Ilayankudi, Sivaganga District, Tamil Nadu, India. Compensation is competitive and can be negotiated according to the candidate's skills and experience.
