About the Program
Scope is inviting applications for its 2026 Midyear Therapy Graduate Program, with opportunities available across multiple Melbourne locations. This role is designed for new graduates who want a supported start to their allied health career while contributing to meaningful work with people with disability.
The program focuses on helping graduates build confidence, define their professional style, and feel part of a team from the outset.

Learning and Caseload Exposure

The program also includes training beyond university study, covering topics such as behaviour support, sensory processing, Key Word Sign, telehealth practice, and continued professional development beyond the graduate year.

Pay and Benefits
The graduate salary range is $70,000 to $79,500, depending on qualifications. Additional financial support includes salary packaging that may increase take-home pay by approximately $6,000 per year, subject to HECs debt, 17.5% annual leave loading worth around $1,000, and 12% superannuation.

Additional Information
