Delivery Hero now operates in more than 70 markets across Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. Role overview

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position based in Singapore, and it is open only to Singapore citizens and permanent residents.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be part of foodpanda’s Regional People function, supporting hiring across regional teams. The role focuses on bringing in strong talent, creating positive candidate and hiring-manager experiences, and contributing to a fast-moving technology environment where the work can have visible impact.

What you will do

  • Plan and deliver hiring strategies that help attract strong candidates and support the growth of the APAC business.
  • Work with senior leaders and People Partners to understand hiring needs, build workforce plans, and keep talent pipelines ready for future roles.
  • Strengthen foodpanda’s employer reputation and increase awareness of the brand in the market.
  • Collaborate with local and global hiring managers and functional leaders by sharing practical insights to support their talent requirements.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels, including senior and C-level roles.
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, and offer processes with a hands-on approach.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Expand professional networks, stay current on hiring trends and market intelligence, and use those insights to support recruitment outcomes.
  • Take part in projects and initiatives that improve Talent Acquisition and the wider People function.

What we are looking for

  • A university degree in any discipline.
  • Roughly 5 to 7 years of experience in in-house recruitment or onsite RPO work.
  • Exposure to fast-paced startup or tech environments is considered an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing talent in the APAC market, including senior and executive-level searches.
  • Good understanding of complex executive compensation structures.
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment across several functions.
  • Strong maturity, relationship-building ability, and a consultative style, with the confidence to influence, negotiate, and inform stakeholders.
  • Excellent English communication skills, as English is the company’s working language.

Eligibility and contract terms

This opportunity is available only to Singaporeans and permanent residents. The assignment runs for 12 months on a fixed-term contract basis and is based onsite in Singapore.
