About the Role

Join our team as part of the Occupational Medicine Service (Arbeitsmedizinischer Dienst - AMD) of the construction sector. The AMD at BG BAU supports insured individuals throughout Germany in over 60 centers and through field work, providing coverage for the main and ancillary construction industries as well as large cleaning and service companies.

Responsibilities
- Primarily engage in preventive care by supporting and advising member companies on occupational health and safety.
- Collaborate within a collegial team at our occupational medicine center and participate in field service alongside qualified support staff.
- Detect work-related illnesses in their early stages and contribute to their prevention.
- Serve as advisors to corporate health management within companies.
- Participate in individualized vocational and medical rehabilitation efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification as a specialist physician in occupational medicine or a physician undergoing occupational medicine training with at least 24 months of practical patient care experience.
- Confident and positive demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit, and dedication.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (category B).
