Job Overview

The Specialist will manage the end-to-end purchasing process for pharmaceutical raw materials and commercial products, ensuring compliance with approved vendor standards. Responsibilities include creation and validation of purchase orders, negotiation of terms, supplier performance evaluation, and issue resolution to guarantee timely delivery and payment processing. The role also involves daily monitoring of purchase requisitions and deliveries across departments, reporting on key procurement performance indicators, and driving continuous improvements within procurement operations.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication capabilities.
• Collaborative approach with ability to work across various functions and organizational levels.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools; experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.
