Role overview

In this Specialist position, you will work closely with the management team to guide, coach, and develop colleagues in your specialist area. Your focus will be on improving sales performance, strengthening customer service excellence, and supporting overall commercial success.

Key duties

• Build a customer-first approach that supports a strong shopping experience, encourages repeat visits, and helps maintain quality customer relationship data, including CRM information.
• Coach, train, and develop team members within the specialist area, including support during induction and ongoing learning.
• Assist with merchandise-related tasks, stock counts, cycle counts, and sharing product feedback with merchandise management.
• Share best practices and product knowledge with the team to improve selling methods and strengthen individual KPIs and sales results.
• Support loss prevention activities and stock control processes.
• Promote the use of available tools, while ensuring procedures are followed and company policies are carried out correctly.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will bring experience from a similar role and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Strong communication and interpersonal ability are essential, along with commercial awareness, brand understanding, relationship-building skills, flexibility, and a proactive, positive mindset.
