About the Role
The Specialist in Enterprise Solutions Management will assist with the creation, rollout, improvement, and ongoing support of enterprise systems and digital tools used across the organization. This position works closely with business teams, architects, vendors, and technical specialists to deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency and the overall user experience.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning, build, and launch of enterprise applications and digital platforms.
- Collect and interpret business needs so that the final solution supports company goals.
- Work with enterprise architects and internal stakeholders to shape solution scope and technical details.
- Assist with user interface and user experience activities, including coordination with outside vendors to maintain quality standards.
- Create prototypes, mockups, and proof-of-concepts to test and confirm requirements.
- Take part in software development, testing, rollout, and enhancement work.
- Help design automation and digitization initiatives that streamline operations and improve process efficiency.
- Perform system testing, sprint testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Track application performance and suggest improvements where needed.
- Keep technical documents and version control systems up to date.
- Deliver second- and third-line support for enterprise systems.
- Assist with ERP and other enterprise platform implementations and integrations.
- Collect user input and contribute to ongoing product and process improvements.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline is required. The role is open to candidates with 0–1 year of relevant background in enterprise applications, software development, business applications, ERP systems, or similar areas. Recent graduates with suitable internship or project experience are welcome to apply.
