Job Overview
This exempted position from the federal civilian hiring freeze invites individuals with legal backgrounds to transform their careers by joining the FBI as Special Agents. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage investigations concerning possible breaches of federal laws, cybersecurity issues, and public safety concerns.
- Utilize sound judgment, creativity, and flexibility to handle varied investigative assignments successfully.
- Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement entities.
- Maintain physical fitness to fulfill law enforcement operational readiness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to secure a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
- Willingness to travel as requested by the role.
- Fulfill all FBI Employment Eligibility criteria.
- Possess a bachelor's or juris doctor (J.D.) degree, preferably in law, legal studies, or a related discipline from an accredited U.S. institution.
- Degree credentials must be substantiated by official college transcripts.
Compensation and Benefits
