This position is exempt from the federal civilian hiring freeze. Responsibilities
- Lead and execute investigations involving potential breaches of federal laws, cybersecurity issues, and public safety threats.
- Apply sound judgment, resourcefulness, and flexibility to meet evolving investigative challenges.
- Establish and sustain effective cooperation with various federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international law enforcement bodies.
- Maintain physical fitness to perform law enforcement duties effectively.
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- Eligible to obtain Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Fulfill FBI’s Employment Eligibility criteria.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in medical, health, public safety, or related disciplines, from an accredited U.S. institution.
- Provide verified college transcripts and relevant supporting documents during application.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is from $93,749 to $133,200 annually. Compensation is adjusted based on base pay, locality, and additional pay considerations.
