Job Overview

This role offers individuals with an accounting or finance background a unique opportunity to become an FBI Special Agent. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage investigations of possible federal law violations, focusing on cybersecurity and public safety.
  • Apply sound judgment and adaptability to meet diverse investigative needs effectively.
  • Establish and sustain productive partnerships with a variety of law enforcement agencies, including federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international bodies.
  • Maintain requisite physical fitness to fulfill law enforcement responsibilities reliably.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
  • Eligibility to acquire and maintain Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as job duties demand.
  • Fulfillment of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's employment eligibility standards.

Education

Applicants must hold at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. institution, with a preference for degrees in accounting, business administration, finance, or forensic accounting. Submission of official college transcripts is required for verification.

Compensation

The position offers a salary range from $93,749 to $133,200, adjusted for factors such as base pay, local cost of living, and availability pay.
