Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your accounting and finance expertise within the Federal Bureau of Investigation. As a Special Agent, you will apply your analytical and investigative skills to protect national security and public safety from threats such as cyberattacks, terrorism, and fraud. The position is exempt from the federal civilian hiring freeze and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage investigations into potential violations of federal laws, focusing on cybersecurity and safeguarding public welfare.
  • Utilize sound judgment, adaptability, and resourcefulness to meet diverse and complex investigative challenges.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with a broad spectrum of law enforcement agencies at federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, and international levels.
  • Maintain the physical fitness standards required to meet law enforcement demands effectively.
