Job Overview

As a Spa/Studio/Wellness Receptionist at New Soul in Leipzig, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized environment for our guests and staff. Your primary duties include welcoming and bidding farewell to clients, providing advice, handling organizational tasks such as restocking sales areas and managing refreshments, managing customer inquiries, booking coordination, and supporting therapists with room preparation before and after treatments. Additionally, you will be responsible for the opening and closing procedures of the studio.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and see off customers while offering personalized consultations
• Manage studio organizational operations including replenishing sales items and organizing fruit, water, and other refreshments
• Respond promptly and efficiently to client inquiries
• Schedule, create, and update appointments and bookings
• Carry out opening and closing routines for the studio and assist therapists with room setups and cleanups

Required Experience
