Spa Therapist / Receptionist

Position Overview

Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist / Receptionist to join their team. This role offers training by the Senior Spa Therapist and ongoing education through collaborations with product providers IMAGE and GROUND wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Spa Manager to perform assigned tasks.
• Uphold department standards according to standard operating procedures.
• Promptly and professionally address all guest and customer requests.
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage stock by ordering and receiving supplies to maintain sufficient inventory.

Candidate Profile

• Professional appearance with a friendly and dependable demeanor.
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a team.
• Proficient in English.
• Hardworking individual with a positive outlook and keen attention to detail.
• Previous relevant experience is preferred but not required.
