Job Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently professional, welcoming, and engaging service to all spa guests
• Provide massage and treatment services while prioritizing client comfort at every step
• Conduct massages and body treatments in various durations including 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes
• Offer aesthetic services such as facials and nail treatments as needed
• Customize guest experiences by recognizing and addressing individual needs and expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the workspace, ensuring equipment is safe and functional
• Contribute to various spa operations including body treatments, product expertise, and retail sales
• Assist guests with information about hotel facilities in a courteous and helpful manner
• Adhere strictly to departmental policies, procedures, safety, and sanitation standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience as a massage therapist is preferred
• Certification from a recognized massage and aesthetics training institution is mandatory
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with solid problem-solving ability
• High level of responsibility and dependability
• Ability to focus attentively on guest needs while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor at all times
