Spa Therapist (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

As a Spa Therapist at Hilton in Doha, Qatar, you will be integral in crafting exceptional hospitality experiences. Your role involves more than just delivering professional massages and body treatments; you will brighten guests' days and leave lasting positive impressions through your dedicated service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in Hilton trainings and attend monthly departmental meetings as required.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the spa department.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the Front Office Manager.
• Support various operational areas as directed by the Front Office Manager.
• Stay fully informed about current and upcoming services provided by the hotel.
• Adhere to departmental budget guidelines to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Deliver efficient and courteous guest services from arrival to departure, including managing bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and promoting retail sales.
• Manage accurate scheduling and confirmation of massage appointments.
• Handle precise billing and posting for spa and retail services, reporting discrepancies if any.
• Explain spa treatment menus and package options clearly to guests.
• Welcome incoming and outgoing guests and staff in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness of locker rooms, lounge areas, restrooms, steam/sauna rooms, and preparation rooms.
• Stock and organize beverages and refreshments stations, including setup and breakdown.
• Assist guests and staff by providing training sessions when necessary.
• Oversee fitness center upkeep, coordinating equipment maintenance and product updates with the Precor representative.
• Ensure audio-visual equipment is well maintained in good working order.
• Orient guests in the fitness facility, providing personalized assistance and guest service.
