Role overview
Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is looking for a part-time Spa Receptionist at its West Loop location in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for spa guests and club members, helping create a welcoming, polished, and professional experience from arrival through departure. The position calls for strong customer service, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-friendly environment.
What you will do
- Receive members and guests warmly and greet them by name whenever possible to set a positive tone.
- Keep the spa front desk and tanning areas, where applicable, neat, clean, and well organized.
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately with courtesy and professionalism.
- Work with spa staff to organize appointments and support smooth scheduling.
- Take care of payment processing accurately and efficiently.
- Place reminder and confirmation calls so clients stay informed about their bookings.
- Explain Recovery Lounge services, including benefits and precautions, and help clients choose products and services that fit their needs.
- Respond to member questions and concerns and assist other departments when extra support is needed.

Compensation
