Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Spa Receptionist to join our growing team. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. This position requires full flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment bookings professionally, ensuring Salon Genius is updated accurately and all client details are recorded.
• Maintain client consultation cards, gathering necessary medical information and ensuring confidentiality.
• Oversee the reception desk, keeping it organized, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Promote and sell retail spa products, offering skincare advice to clients and guests.
• Deliver outstanding and exceptional customer service.

• Excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• An outgoing and friendly personality.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to hotel standards.
