Responsibilities

As a Spa Host, you will be the first point of contact for our members, welcoming them warmly while communicating the health benefits of our therapy rooms. You will also ensure that the spa area is always maintained at a premium standard of cleanliness and organization.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering premium customer service
• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and holistic wellbeing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work
