Role Summary

The Spa Attendant will support the daily smooth running of the spa by keeping all areas clean, organized, and fully prepared for guests. The role is important in maintaining the spa’s premium hygiene standards, guest comfort, and calm atmosphere.

Key Duties

• Keep treatment rooms, lounge areas, and changing spaces neat, sanitized, and properly stocked at all times.
• Welcome guests and assist them with towels, robes, and other required items.
• Set up treatment rooms before services begin and restore them after each appointment.
• Refill essentials such as towels, linens, toiletries, and other spa supplies.
• Help maintain the spa’s relaxing environment by paying attention to lighting, music, and presentation.
• Support therapists and other spa colleagues whenever assistance is needed.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest needs and requests.
• Observe all health, safety, and hygiene procedures without exception.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be able to communicate clearly in writing, have at least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a spa-related setting, and bring strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills. English communication is required. The job also calls for someone who can work well with a team, handle physically demanding tasks, and maintain a professional approach to guest relations.
