Role Summary
The Sourcing Specialist will focus on client engagement and project coordination, particularly across complex POSM and print sourcing as well as creative production work. The position involves managing quotes, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder communication while working closely with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience and uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts.
What You Will Do
- Offer technical guidance across print, POSM, visual merchandising, and premium projects.
- Support the sourcing and procurement of clients’ marketing materials, ensuring delivery on schedule, to the required specification, quality standard, and contractual terms.
- Manage campaigns and their individual components from a project delivery perspective.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client brand teams.
- Develop effective working relationships with suppliers.
- Use Tag’s reporting systems and tools consistently.
- Track client satisfaction and respond with appropriate action where needed.
- Monitor KPIs and service standards against agreed targets.
- Spot likely performance gaps early and implement corrective measures.
- Work with the Account Lead to coordinate the Account Management team’s activities.
- Collaborate with teams in other markets and central support functions to streamline production and coordinate multi-country campaigns.
- Assist Account Directors and Account Executives when required.
- Identify possible points of conflict and escalate them to the Account Director when necessary.
- Act as a knowledgeable contact for stakeholders on contract, transactional, or supplier-related matters.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree-level education, or an equivalent qualification.
- Between 3 and 6 years of agency experience.
- Preferred background in print, POSM, digital, and visual merchandising production.
- Prior experience in beauty or luxury goods, especially in purchasing or production management, is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and a structured approach to work.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment with solid project and client management capability.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
