Overview

Amazon’s Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team is actively seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Sourcing Recruiter to support its expanding operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top legal and public policy professionals.
• Advise business leaders by delivering strategic hiring recommendations tailored to legal and public policy recruitment.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment on recruitment needs.
• Conduct market research, analyze talent data, and craft insightful hiring tactics.
• Introduce innovative recruitment initiatives to foster the company’s sustained growth.
• Optimize and refine recruitment workflows to uphold Amazon’s commitment to high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Enhance candidate experience by identifying and implementing improvements.
• Lead projects aimed at elevating best practices in candidate sourcing and generation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or talent research within corporate or search firm environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of full-time experience at Amazon.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools.
• Preferred: exposure to managing both high-volume and specialized recruitment campaigns.
• Preferred: background in legal recruiting would be advantageous.

Compensation varies by location, including a base salary plus sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs). • New York, NY: $66,300 to $109,000
• Nashville, TN: $50,900 to $89,100
• Austin, TX: $56,600 to $99,100
• Arlington, VA: $56,600 to $99,100
• Bellevue, WA: $80,200 to $99,100
• Seattle, WA: $80,200 to $99,100
