About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sonographer to join our recently refurbished Launceston clinic. This position can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis according to the candidate's preference. Our facility boasts advanced equipment and a dynamic, high-performing team committed to delivering trusted, high-quality ultrasound imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster and sustain positive relationships with patients, referrers, and fellow team members.
• Perform timely, precise diagnostic scans combined with excellent customer service.
• Effectively manage and prioritize a demanding workload, working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Engage with clinic teams to uphold and enhance the Health & Safety framework.
• Provide constructive feedback to encourage training and development within clinic and operations teams.
• Collaborate with the National Ultrasound Leader, Site Chief, and Regional Manager on initiatives aimed at clinic growth.

Selection Criteria

• Possession of relevant tertiary qualifications in Ultrasound.
• Proficiency across a wide variety of scanning techniques.
• Current and maintained registration with ASAR, having completed an accredited ASAR course.
• Maintain annual liability insurance through ASA or a similar provider.
• Demonstrate a value-driven approach and strong professional ethics.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills supportive of a team-oriented work environment.
