Role Overview

In this Healthcare Solutions Lead role, you will support prospects and existing customers as they define and deliver healthcare datasets. You will need to understand what each customer is trying to build, determine which data assets best fit the use case, and coordinate the assembly, review, and delivery of high-quality samples and final outputs that align with technical and conceptual requirements. You will also keep timelines and milestone expectations clear from early feasibility discussions through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution design and deal structuring by converting customer needs into a clear execution plan, then guiding that plan through project coordination, quality checks, and cross-functional delivery while staying actively engaged with the customer and adjusting as requirements change.
• Manage programs end to end, from dataset specification and preparation through QA and handoff, while coordinating across teams to keep work aligned and delivered on schedule.
• Partner with Protege’s data network to bring advanced healthcare datasets into the platform ecosystem.
• Supervise QA, packaging, and release of complex healthcare datasets such as EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured text, while ensuring HIPAA compliance in coordination with privacy specialists.

Candidate Profile

• You have strong customer-facing experience and can confidently run client conversations, set expectations, and communicate technical outcomes clearly.
• You approach problems with an analyst’s mindset and are comfortable using SQL and Python to query data, build complex patient cohorts, assess model-training readiness, verify clinical coverage, and support other customer-specific analytical needs.
• You are highly organized and capable of handling several projects at once, even when priorities shift.
• You bring deep familiarity with healthcare data types including EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured text.
• You understand privacy-preserving methods used with healthcare data.
• You have experience with healthcare AI, machine learning products, or enterprise data platforms.
• You have worked in a startup environment before.
• You work with kindness and treat others respectfully.
