Soldering Technician

Position Overview

The role of Soldering Technician involves performing meticulous soldering and assembly of electronic components, adhering strictly to company procedures and industry standards to ensure high-quality and dependable products. The technician will utilize exceptional precision, dexterity, and visual acuity to handle small and fragile electronic parts.

Primary Duties

• Carry out precise soldering operations on electronic parts.
• Assemble products accurately based on engineering blueprints.
• Inspect and test solder joints to confirm quality standards.
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve any quality concerns.
• Operate and care for soldering instruments and equipment.
• Keep detailed records of all tasks and work performed.
• Manage product assembly, packaging procedures, and shipment preparation.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials, fabricated PCBs, and finished products.
• Oversee the receipt and dispatch of raw materials and PCBs.
• Maintain Management Information System (MIS) records for production activities.
• Coordinate with various departments to arrange required content and materials.
• Handle external tasks related to production and office operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Completed ITI or Diploma qualification in Electronics or Electrical engineering field.

Compensation and Training

This is a full-time position starting with a 6-month trainee phase followed by a definitive technician role based in Ahmedabad. The salary range offered is between 12000 to 21000 INR per month.
