Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Solar Technician based in Delhi-NCR to lead and manage installation teams for solar projects, ensuring high-quality execution and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the installation team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Carry out installations following the approved site plans and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere strictly to safety regulations.
- Engage directly with customers to address and resolve on-site issues.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians to build team capability.
- Keep detailed daily records including work reports, site photographs, and material inventories.
- Assist in the testing, commissioning, and final handover process of projects.
