Ellvin Energy Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic and driven Solar Field Sales Executives to join their team in Hyderabad. This full-time opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience interested in the renewable energy sector. The role involves promoting and selling solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients while providing excellent customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with residential, commercial, and industrial customers to identify and generate sales leads.
- Explain the advantages and cost benefits of rooftop solar energy systems to potential clients.
- Perform site visits to assess client needs and gather relevant information.
- Drive lead generation through field marketing activities, referrals, and direct canvassing.
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Follow up persistently to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and document daily work activities.
- Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, including after-sales service.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification ranging from 10th pass to any graduate degree or diploma.
- Freshers or individuals with up to one year of field sales experience are eligible.
- Proficient communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach and ability to learn quickly.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones and mobile applications.
