About the Role

Ladd Partners is a comprehensive consultancy specializing in Certinia, Rootstock, and Salesforce solutions. We are seeking a bright and proactive Software Developer to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position where the developer will serve as a remote billable consultant for Ladd Partners.

Key Responsibilities

The Software Developer will report directly to the Director of Software Development and is expected to have a firm grasp of Salesforce and Certinia platforms, including their features and industry best practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal consultants and senior developers to analyze client requirements and design appropriate technical solutions. The role requires adaptability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions.
