About the Company and Role

Action DnA, a training organization with 18 years of experience, is seeking Soft Skills Trainers for its Trichy center. Positions are available for full-time, part-time, and freelance engagements. Candidates will have responsibilities related to delivering and managing soft skills training programs aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement training programs focusing on soft skills development, including curriculum, materials, and assessments.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to enhance participant learning and retention.
Conduct needs assessments to identify learner knowledge gaps.
Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback after course completion.
Collaborate with HR managers of corporate clients and MSMEs to plan and execute training programs.
Create and prepare training resources such as handouts, workbooks, and presentations.
Conduct sessions in both face-to-face and online environments using web conferencing tools.
Oversee overall center administration and promote team-building activities.

Candidate Requirements

A graduate or postgraduate degree holder with 2 to 4 years of experience in soft skills training or English language teaching.
Proficient in both English and Tamil languages.
Strong presentation and communication abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to motivate learners.
Fresh graduates with strong English communication skills may be considered for the role of Academic Counsellor and Trainer.

Compensation

Offered salary ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 30,000 per month, amounting to an annual CTC between INR 2.5 to 3.6 lakhs.
