Key Responsibilities
- Create photo and video content specifically for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and ads.
- Produce social-first content characterized by vertical formats, fast pace, and hook-oriented storytelling.
- Develop compelling visual hooks directly on set during shoots.
- Conduct shoots at clients' locations, events, or production sites.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors and social strategists to align content with strategic goals.
- Deliver well-structured, editable footage optimized for performance-driven cuts.
- Engage in storyline development rather than merely filming scenes.
Candidate Qualifications
- Established experience in photo and video production tailored for social media.
- Understanding of hooks and techniques to capture user attention (scroll-stoppers).
- Knowledge of pacing and audience retention strategies.
- Familiarity with platform-specific logic differences (e.g., Reels and TikTok differ significantly from YouTube or traditional image films).
- Proficiency in handling camera, lighting, and audio setups.
- A keen sense of both aesthetic quality and performance metrics.
