Your Role
We seek a creative and skilled Social Media Specialist to expand and lead our official social media accounts as well as a vast network of over 100 Instagram fan pages. A solid understanding of education content and trending topics is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily posting, growth, and engagement of the company's main Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
- Lead content distribution, branding, and community engagement across a network exceeding 100 Instagram fan pages.
- Optimize educational videos and marathon classes on YouTube with thumbnails, titles, tags, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
- Develop promotional strategies and build hype on social media for new batches and classes, such as the Success Batch.
- Respond promptly to comments and messages, fostering strong connections with students and followers.
Requirements
- Experience managing social media, especially proven success growing Instagram and YouTube channels.
- Capability to efficiently handle multiple accounts and fan pages simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, reels, and the latest trends.
- Familiarity with content creation and basic graphic design tools like Canva or video editing is an advantage.
- Passionate about educational content and working with student communities.
