Role overview
UAS International Trip Support is looking for a creative, strategic, and content-led Social Media Specialist to strengthen its brand visibility across digital channels. The position is focused on building a strong B2B brand through storytelling, thought leadership, audience interaction, and high-quality content execution.
You will manage the social media function from end to end, covering strategy, planning, content development, publishing, community management, and performance review. LinkedIn will be the main platform, with a central role in brand building, industry positioning, and thought leadership. This is an organic-only position with no paid social activity.
Social media strategy and planning
- Design and deliver an organic social media plan that supports the company’s brand goals, business priorities, and communication themes.
- Maintain a future-focused content calendar for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Develop a content framework and playbook to keep tone, messaging, visual style, and publishing rhythm consistent.
- Track market movements, industry trends, and new content opportunities relevant to business aviation and global mobility.
Content creation and brand storytelling
- Produce engaging, platform-specific content such as posts, articles, thought leadership pieces, carousels, infographics, videos, and executive messages.
- Partner with internal teams to turn aviation topics, operational updates, company announcements, client success stories, and industry insights into strong social content.
- Draft thought leadership content for senior executives to help establish them as credible voices in the aviation space.
- Repurpose reports, research, case studies, long-form content, and market intelligence into social-first formats designed to drive reach and engagement.
- Ensure every piece of content stays aligned with the company’s brand standards, values, and strategic messaging.
Community engagement and brand growth
- Build and nurture online communities through active engagement and relationship development.
- Track discussions, comments, and industry conversations to improve visibility and encourage interaction.
- Spot opportunities to grow executive presence and employee advocacy on social platforms.
- Create meaningful engagement with customers, partners, aviation professionals, and industry influencers.
Analytics and reporting
- Review social performance regularly and turn findings into practical recommendations for better content and audience growth.
- Measure key metrics such as audience growth, engagement, reach, impressions, and follower acquisition.
- Prepare monthly reports that summarize trends, results, recommendations, and future opportunities.
- Use analytics to continuously refine content planning and publishing effectiveness.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Customer Experience, and Leadership teams to identify content opportunities and ensure alignment.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external agencies when support is needed for content production.
- Support events, conferences, exhibitions, air shows, and other company initiatives through social coverage and storytelling.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Proven ability to grow social audiences organically and build a strong brand presence, especially on LinkedIn.
- Experience creating and applying content strategies, editorial calendars, and brand playbooks.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills across short-form and long-form formats.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn best practices, audience engagement tactics, and executive thought leadership development.
- Comfort using social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable content creation tools.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
