Role summary
This remote contract role supports social media execution for global campaigns by managing publishing, day-to-day audience interaction, and performance review across multiple platforms. The work is focused on strengthening brand visibility, improving engagement, and helping teams tell a consistent story online.
Employment details
The engagement runs on a contract basis through January 2027. Compensation is set at $30 to $33 per hour on a W2 basis, and benefits are included. The position is fully remote within the United States.
What you'll do
You will handle routine social media operations, keep content moving on schedule, watch community conversations, and use platform data to improve future posts and campaign results. The role also involves partnering with marketing stakeholders to keep organic and paid social activity aligned across teams and agencies.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social channels each day.
- Track and respond to comments, direct messages, and broader community activity.
- Review engagement data and use it to refine content and posting decisions.
- Work closely with marketing partners to roll out campaigns.
- Help shape social media standards, playbooks, and usage guidelines.
- Assist with both organic and paid social efforts in coordination with internal teams and outside agency partners.
Qualifications
The preferred background includes at least 2 years of experience in social media coordination. Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, have hands-on knowledge of major social platforms, and be able to communicate clearly in writing and speaking. Experience supporting large-scale global programs is also important.
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating social media work.
- Working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
- Solid understanding of analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with community management practices.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level campaigns across global markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of platform-specific best practices and algorithm behavior.
